Giving this two stars because the order being dispatched was fast. But truly awful returns process. You have to wait 28 days of the return being refunded. In my case, I waited 28 days, followed up... See more

Wow after reading other reviews I am…
Wow after reading other reviews I am shocked! I returned two dresses, worth £58 each, as they were separate return orders they had said one was outside of the 30 days. They did not email to inform me of this, however only after I queried where my refund is they said no. I had proof of delivery, and after stating I had informed them within 14 days that I would be returning and then my return had been received another 14 days following that, they then said the package had never been received and was missing. They have now given me a refund. Stressful experience. I have been buying from this company for a number of years, disappointed
Zero stars complete lack of customer service
I’ve never seen more shocking “customer service” I ordered 20th feb for my holiday on 26th feb. I emailed 25th feb telling them to cancel because it was not coming before I was going away. They delivered 3rd March after ignoring my email and have the nerve to tell me (after over 7 emails complaining with no reply) that they delivered within the 2-5 day timeframe.
Either they really struggle with maths at this company or they are deliberately trying to annoy their customers. Either way I haven’t had a refund and I had to pay over £20 to return the coat I didn’t need because it came FAR too late
Save yourself a lot of stress and don’t order, you have to pay for returns on items you asked to cancel and deal with a complete wall of silence from customer service, and by the way ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED
Do not order to EU. Customer support lies and does not apologize
I had a very poor experience with this company and cannot recommend ordering from them if you live in the EU. More than a month after placing my order, my parcel had still not arrived. During that time customer support provided inconsistent and unsupported explanations rather than clear information.
Whenever I asked for concrete evidence such as proof of location, tracking confirmation, or a clear deadline for resolution, I received vague responses or explanations that later contradicted earlier statements. At different points I was told the parcel was “moving actively,” that delays were caused by a storm that happened weeks after the parcel stopped moving, and that the parcel was already “in my country” despite no scans from any local courier.
At one point customer care even stated the parcel was “likely not quite lost yet,” although the tracking had not moved for weeks. Instead of verified information, support repeatedly relied on speculation and asked me to wait longer.
The lack of transparency and accountability made the situation far worse than a simple shipping delay. As a customer I had to repeatedly question explanations that did not match the tracking data and push for a clear resolution. The experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately destroyed my trust in the company’s handling of international orders.
Timeline of events
07.01 – Order placed. Delivery estimate shown as 14–21 days.
08.01 – Order shipped from warehouse and shipment data uploaded.
09.01 – Parcel scanned and processed at carrier facility.
10.01 – Parcel grouped on pallet and scanned for international transport.
12.01 – Parcel received at international processing center.
This becomes the last physical tracking update for over a month.
25.01 – No tracking movement. I contact customer support because delivery within the promised timeframe is no longer possible.
26.01 – Support claims the “order is moving actively” despite no new scans. They also change the delivery estimate to 14–21 working days, although the website clearly states days.
27.01 – Customer care says an investigation has been opened but provides no reference number or proof.
02.02 – Support claims the delay is due to Storm Chandra in the UK. The storm occurred weeks after the parcel stopped moving, so this explanation does not match the timeline. They also claim the parcel is already in my country, although no local courier scans exist. A 10% discount code is offered.
05.02 – Support says the parcel is transferring from air post to customs to a local courier, but there are still no tracking scans confirming this.
07.02 – I request a clear deadline for resolution and ask what will happen if the parcel does not arrive.
09.02 – Customer care acknowledges there has been no tracking movement and offers cancellation but suggests waiting because “other delayed parcels are now being delivered.”
13.02 – After another week without updates I request cancellation. The courier now declares the parcel lost and a refund is issued with a 30% discount code.
17.02 – After the refund, the tracking suddenly shows the parcel at a return handling facility in Feltham (UK), contradicting earlier claims that it had been in my country.
Because I still wanted the item, I placed a new order.
24.02 – I formally escalate a complaint asking for supervisor review and an explanation for the incorrect information.
25.02 – Support states my new order will be delivered that day.
27.02 – The second order actually arrives two days later.
05.03 – My complaint about misinformation and communication failures still has not received a proper response.
The main issue was not simply that a parcel was lost. Shipping problems happen. The real problem was the series of contradictory explanations and the lack of accountability when those explanations proved incorrect. Unfortunately this experience suggests that transparency and accuracy are not priorities in this company’s customer support process.
I got an answer with good information…
I got an answer with good information and everything worked out well! Thanks!
No complaints!
Item dispatched quickly, unfortunately had a snag in it - customer service was fairly responsive and resolved within a timely manner with a great resolution. Would buy from again.
Bought this for present but love it
Bought this for present but love it. Will probably but another one for myself.
Gorgeous jumper, quick delivery

Package coming from another galaxy
Ordered on 28th November last year, package never arrived, contacted their customer, they investigate and update on 31st December that my package is lost. Since I really wanted the jeans bc I havent find them anywhere else they have sent me another one at their own expense on 2nd Jan and I got a refund for the first, lost ones. Ofc the other package sent 2nd got stuck and still in UK from 7th Jan, when I asked them what about it they told me they got stuck in customs and that my package surely will arrive. Somehow I doubt in that. I dont know if anyone received their package outside UK? It is not about the money bc I am at zero expense now but with the fact that I really wanted that jeans and would even pay extra for faster shippment which I knew I am gonna receive. Like they are sending from Venus? Or maybe Neptune? Idk but I aint ordering nothing from them ever again.
They steal your money
I returned a dress and have heard nothing back about my refund. I have proof of delivery and I've emailed them 3 times all of which have been ignored. This is nearly 2 months ago. I have had to open a dispute with my bank that has been stressful and I still haven't received my refund. This brand steals money and uses the excuse of being a 'small business' for abhorrent / non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Nice. Will buy from The Ragged Priest again.
Received a nice quality cool looking well made jumper as described. Excellent comms and speedy delivery as well. Impressed.
Buy from them.
Atrocious customer service.
Atrocious customer service.
sent a return on the 3rd of December, since then a complete terror started. When chasing the return/refund, I only receive AI-generated e-mails starting with "sorry we can not locate your return", which is already very frustrating. When asking them to investigate my return, I have no answer whatsoever.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR OFFICAL VINTED ACCOUNT
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with ragged priest via their vinted account 'raggedpriestoffical'
I purchased a cardigan listed as a Size S (equivalent to UK 8-10). Upon arrival, the garment was clearly misrepresented; it fit approximately three sizes larger than advertised, fitting closer to a XL (48" CHEST) This is a critical size discrepancy, not a minor variation, and was not described as oversized in the listing.
When I formally requested a return, citing the item was Significantly Not As Described (SNAD), their response was highly unprofessional:
- They ignored my messages after I provided photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the size mismatch.
- They dismissed the issue as "personal preference" and suggested I take on the work of re-selling the item myself.
- They attempted to close the dispute by offering a small partial refund, first £5, then £9, instead of accepting a rightful return.
- They defensively stated they had "literally sold 1000s of this cardigan online and the return rate is low," which completely disregarded my specific, evidence-based complaint.
For a trading company operating on Vinted, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Their refusal to resolve a clear product issue forced me to escalate the dispute through Vinted support. Furthermore, it is concerning that a company actively trading on Vinted does not possess the required Pro Seller status.
I would advise caution when purchasing from this seller due to the significant risk of receiving a misrepresented item and experiencing extremely poor customer care.
EDIT: Escalated to vinted, they didn't accept the return time frame in time so I got automatically refunded.
Consider listing accurately.
Lovely dress but it is at least 5 sizes…
Lovely dress but it is at least 5 sizes too big and I
Went by the measurements on the website . It’s huge. I
Won’t return since I’m in canada & it will be too expensive. so I
Will donate it. Otherwise shipping was great & it is a really beautiful dress.
I never received my order after trying…
I never received my order after trying to reach out multiple times
Out of stock items still for sale
Ordered an item, email confirmation received. Three days later emailed to say the order was cancelled, due to not having enough stock to fulfil the order. Refund followed a week or so later. I was able to order again, so presumed it had been restocked. Same happened again. Why keep an item on your website, allowing people to order, if you don't have any stock? No communication when emailing them. Hopefully I will be refunded again, but don't think I will try to order anything from them again. Customer service is non-existent!
Love the brand but the customer service…
Love the brand but the customer service is awful.
Poor sizing and not as per described
Sizing is terrible and all over the place. Ordered jeans from their new drop and they are a total different colour to the website. Seen all the bad reviews about returns so too worried to send back. Waste of money don’t bother
