unanswered e-mails

I bought a puzzle from this company for my daughters birthday. I found that my son-in-law had bought her the same one. I had just come out of hospital and knew I would be a couple of days late in retuning it. I sent them an e-mail asking if they would except it, and if I could change it for another puzzle. I sent 3 e-mails but had no reply. I would have thought they could have had the courtesy to answer instead of keeping me in limbo. I will never use this company again.

This is a non communicative company

This is a non communicative company. Have not replied to my numerous emails regarding a non delivery of a jigsaw puzzle. It is their responsibility to investigate non delivery tracked parcels and not a response I investigated myself and It eventually did arrive but still no response from them

No customer service

I have used this Company for many years with no problems. Until something goes wrong.
I ordered a puzzle i already had ordered before by mistake. I returned it in accordance with their instructions via UPS.
They haven't refunded the money in credit to my puzzle account and failed to respond to any of my e-mails.
UPS have now been instructed to go and collect my property.

I bought a puzzle for a Christmas… Zero customer service and breach of contract

I bought a puzzle for a Christmas present. John Morgan contacted me by email to say there was one left but the box was slightly damaged. I agreed to accept it when he offered me 40% refund. I received the box as described but never got the refund they had contracted to provide. I have sent two emails but had no response. I strongly advise prospective buyers to avoid getting involved with this company at all. Notice that there are no contact details on the website. I rarely swear, but am sorely tempted.

6th of July 2024.

Today is the 6th of July 2024 and I still have had absolutely no reply whatsoever from the Puzzle ACADEMY (-under the circumstance a laughable and ridiculous name) regarding my complaint going back to October of 2023.
Would advise anyone to stay far away from this company. There sole concern seems to be to take people's money and RUN.

Appalling customer service.

I bought 4 puzzles but one was the correct box but incorrect puzzle pieces.
I have contacted the company, by their only method published (email) twice in the last 10 days however, they are ignoring me. I sent a picture of a partly constructed jigsaw to show it was nothing like the one I ordered.
I have requested the item i ordered be sent and in return, i will send them back this incorrect one. No response to either email.

Shame, as not only are they going to lose future business from me as a prolific puzzler but I will actively deter others also if this is an example of their non existent customer service.
UPDATE: 15.10.23 I did finally receive the correct puzzle by post but was only aware when I was notified of a delivery by royal mail. Still no contact from customer service though so only upgraded star by one.
