They over inflate deal prices and market values. They claimed a 1 bed in a building was worth £260k conservatively, when an equally good condition 2 bed in the building has just sold for £275k.

Their only concern is getting your money from your and pushing you over the line and not for you as an investor.

I would avoid them.

Edit: Don't want to get into a he said, she said, but I didn't want a trial of their system. I cancelled it twice and they kept calling to extend it despite me not using it.

I can only assume with the hope that their previous customers would forget to cancel and eventually pay.

Not a fan of companies that work this way.

Having only started working with the sourcing company, I can honestly say that there’s no complaints. I have really enjoyed my experience with the property sourcing company. I bought a house for 240k spent 45k on renovation and it is now valued by the estate agent at 375k. Bradie has been a gem through the process and is now helping me find the second property. I def recommend the property sourcing company!

What Marc lacks in padel skills, he certainly makes up for when it comes to sourcing properties! He's sourced me several properties in the last 12 months and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Great communication and a nose for a bargain.

I attended an insightful investor seminar with The Property Sourcing Company, which was full of valuable information. The staff, particularly AJ and the team, offer great assistance, keeping the best interests of sellers and investors in mind. Although my specific requirements were not met, the helpful and professional service provided is commendable. Great customer engagement and service is so hard to come by these days, Jordane is such a breath of fresh air and you can tell she has a real flair for the property game, her memory is impeccable and she never misses a trick, promises and delivers every single time, will 100% be a lasting relationship as long as she's looking after us!

Honest advice, not too sales driven
