Easy to order, waiting to receive pillow and ease my neck pain.

Ordered one memory foam pillow from The Pillow Home after going back and forth on a few sites, and I’m glad I went with them.
The website was easy to get around, which I appreciated. The product descriptions actually told me what I needed to know instead of just fluff, so I could figure out the right firmness without guessing. Checkout took about two minutes.

Honestly, if I'd known my order was going to ship from China, I would not have made it but that would have been a mistake! It took two weeks but these pillows were worth the wait!

Delivery was delayed by a few days so I can't say the shopping experience was 5 stars level. Hopefully the product speaks for itself and then the delay becomes a minor issue! order placement was easy,payment was slick and I was kept informed about the delay and offered a discount, which was a nice touch.

Follow-up communications are excellent and timely.

My shopping experience has been excellent so far. The mattress arrived quickly, and I received regular updates throughout the delivery process, which made everything stress-free. The delivery was smooth, and the mattress was very easy to set up once it arrived. After trying it out, it feels incredibly comfortable and delightful to sleep on. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend both the product and the service.

Easy to order. I haven't received the pillows yet though.

UPDATE: even though the company left a response saying that they wanted to “investigate” my concerns, they have not deviated from the fact that they are completely unwilling to work with me. Again, I’d feel that I should not have to pay shipping to return a product that is absolutely in 100% not what I ordered. This company lies. Do not do business with them.

I left a review about my order experience and now I’m here to tell you this is a HUGE scam. The pillow is marketed as having a cotton cover and cotton fill, but it is 100% polyester and is not generously filled.

I am thoroughly frustrated and disgusted, because when somebody says something consist of a particular material how am I supposed to know that they are lying. What a waste. I am now going to have to tell everyone I know how terrible this company is.
