Perfume sample came and is absolutely fantastic, there was a slight delay with Royal Mail but the perfume sampler resolved the issue very effectively and kept in touch. Will definitely be using them again in the future 👍

Hi Matt,
According to Royal Mail tracking, the original parcel was delivered on 20/12/2025. As you can imagine, delivery delays can unfortunately occur at this time of year.
We’d also like to highlight that our team stayed actively involved — chasing Royal Mail on your behalf and sending a replacement order to ensure you were not left waiting. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we always strive to go above and beyond while maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
If you feel your experience reflects this support, we’d really appreciate it if you could consider updating your review, as feedback has a genuine impact on small businesses like ours.
Thank you again for your understanding and support.
Kind regards,
The Perfume Sampler Team

Hi Matt,
We are in contact with you regarding your replacement order after Royalmail confirmed that the order was lost / misplaced by them. We have sent you a replacement and it should arrive in a day or two.
We request you to reconsider your rating based on our customer service once you receive your item.
Thanks.

Hi Matt,
We take reviews like this very seriously.
You emailed us on Friday (12/12/2025 at 15:37) about your order, and we responded back to you within 1 hour (12/12/2025 at 16:11) about the delays caused by Royalmail due to peek season.
Please check your tracking number, it was dispatched the very next day of your order date, however, as mentioned earlier Royal Mail is extremely overwhelmed with parcels due to the festive season, and this is causing delays and slower tracking updates across the country. It’s quite common at the moment for tracking to appear “stuck” even while the parcel is still moving through their network.
Please allow another day or two for the tracking to update and for the parcel to be delivered. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, let us know and I’ll escalate it with Royal Mail for you.
We assured you that you will either get a replacement or a refund, but we have to wait for Royalmail with their update.
Also, giving us 1 star for the service that we are not responsible for is unfair and unjust. We request you to reconsider your rating once you receive your order or a refund. We are a company with transparent policies and hence our customers always come back for more.
Hope this information reassures you about your money spent with us.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our company and perfumes! We’re really glad you enjoyed the product. We’re sorry to hear that Royal Mail delayed your delivery — unfortunately, once the parcel leaves us, delays can occasionally happen, but we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
We truly appreciate your patience, and we’ll continue doing our best to ensure smooth and speedy deliveries in the future.

Samples came in reusable glass bottles with nice atomisers.
The collection of samples isn’t as large as other sample sites but makes up for it with quality and service.
