I just think it a no thrills thpe of pension

I'm entitled to cash in my pension, however, I have been told this could take many months as the company that made me redundant are required to do something? Obviously when someone is made redundant and not paid by the liquidated company, any cash injection, especially one they have paid into and trusted their pension provider with their money,with the understand they can withdraw at any time.should be made available immediately to protect your customers from additional interest costs, via unpaid bills.

This was excellent customer services,what an easy phone call I had with a lovely polite gentleman

Customer service was exemplary - so helpful and understanding

Communication not good at all, had to keep phoning them every week, still waiting for paperwork to come in the post from 2nd phone call, also update regarding name and address not asked for till 2nd phone call, lost money during the time it took to sort everything out

Very easy to deal with when i recently took a draw down and to my surprise was advised of another pot that i was entitled to in a few years time which I was totally unaware of many thanks.
