First time ordering from here
First time ordering from here. I normally order from pines and needles. This was cheaper and the tree was far superior. Healthy and full and delivery on time.

Christmas tree online order
Ordered Christmas tree online and went to collect in person. The process was long and frustrating as we were made to wait for almost 30 minutes even though we had booked ahead. I had to really push the staff to show me the different options for the available Christmas trees, but once we got our choice home we were very happy with it - the tree is really good quality. It was also very reasonably priced.

Delivery disaster :-)
I love the shop near me and I am a regular customer but they can improve their customer service.
I placed an order online for a bouquet to be delivered in London. After a couple of days I called the shop and was told that my order was lost but that they were going to send another one out the following day. I kept receiving updates on delivery services that were not accurate but finally the flowers were delivered after 4days.
