I too had a very negative experience. I ordered a jacket. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive, and once it did it was very poor quality. Their return policy is very rigid - specifically 7 days, but there's no indication of that included in the package. Eight days went by and when I dug up the email from more than a month ago to initiate the return policy I was told that they make NO EXCEPTIONS to the 7 day return policy. I'm stuck with a jacket that is poor quality with no recourse.
Never again.
My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NORD STORE.

I ordered a zippered hoodie 11/28/20. I got a few messages about the delivery being delayed, but could not reach anyone at the Nord Store to learn more about the problem. Then I got several texts saying it would arrive that day or the next, but it didn’t. Finally it came today, 1/19/21, supposedly sent by 2-day priority mail. It’s not well made - zipper tops not sewn into the neck seam. SCAM!

After all the negative reviews, I was quite concerned about the order I had just placed. My bad for not checking first... But it arrived today exactly as described. The color was slightly different but that is totally attributable to monitor variances.

While the "tracking" info left something to be desired, I am overall satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased a blanket scarf.

❌❌❌❌ Scam. Read Google! It's a play-on-words name they use. They want you to think it's "Nordstrom's". Total SCAM. Please Google it.
My bank stopped my payment from going through on my coat order and marked it as "Fraud" and locked my account. The bank then contacted me after I tried to order the coat. My attempted "order" came back to me as card "declined". That really confused me. The bank knew all about them and has them on their "fraud" list.
I looked it up on Google......it's right there. The bank knew its history and won't let payments even go through to them (hence the "declined" when I tried to order). They go by a different name when they charge your account also. My bank fraud department saved me!!!!!! Scary stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Great Western Bank!!!!!!!!!!!! The bank closed that card and is issuing me a new one to protect me. A BIG lesson learned.....always Google for reviews first.

Terrible quality, the oversized linen shirt looked like a lab coat when I put it on, cheap fabric, no care instructions labeling. I also thought this was affiliated with Nordstrom’s and can’t believe I fell for it. I have not even bothered to return my two items, a friend told me her experience in trying to return an item, she was unsuccessful.

What a terrible experience. I too made an impulse purchase, buying a size medium and large bc the sizing was so unclear. ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO RETURN. Jackets took five weeks to arrive, and then when I emailed to ask how to return, no answer. I am trying to get them dropped from FB for deceptive advertising.

I can't believe I fell for this. The windbreaker jacket looked nice on line but hangs all wrong. There is no way this is a $184 coat. I also thought the company was affiliated with Nordstrom. Clearly it is not as their return policy is bogus. Next time I will research the company's that I have never heard of but their ads show up on various media feeds. Items look good, impulsive purchases, later regrets with no recourse. I even tried to leave a review on their site but cannot find a way to do that.

I just read this review that someone else wrote. It is EXACTLY my story as well. This is all a scam and I don't have all the words for how scathing I would like my review to be. My red windbreaker coat is huge and cheap, and unlike the photo in the advertisement. I can't get a response other than "we will reply in 48 hours." It is now 10 days since I FINALLY received my order. There is not information that will help me know how to return it, i.e., no packing slip included. I feel completely cheated by the Nord Store.

It’s not Nordstrom’s and costs $23 to return.
I ordered the windbreaker jacket Black Friday and just received it Jan. 4th. Upon opening the package I see this item is nowhere near the quality I expect for $92 (half price). Trying it on, it is huge. So I immediately tried to contact the company. Calls are disconnected immediately after saying “all representatives are busy helping others”, try online chat, that links to email. I email and get an auto response that says it will take 48 hrs because of the holiday (Jan. 4th isn’t a holiday). Once I do get a reply I’m told that refunds are only possible within 7 days of receipt. I ask if the 2 days I had to wait for a reply counts in the 7 days and state my case. Get an auto reply that it will take 24 hrs. For a response. I wait. Finally get the info re: return/refund to learn that it will cost me an additional $23 in shipping because returns must be sent to ITALY instead of the CA address it was shipped from. There is also a list of things that must be written on a piece of paper and placed inside the return since there was no invoice included. All this because I made an impulse buy from what I thought was Nordstrom’s. CAVEAT EMPTOR for sure.

They only show about 10 reviews on the product page and they were all 4 and 5 star reviews, so those who wish they'd checked the reviews wouldn't have been helped by that. I decided to research further and discovered first that they are not affiliated with Nordstrom, as I thought they might be, and then found this page with overwhelmingly negative reviews, mostly about this raincoat. I really feel like I dodged a bullet. Reported their ad to Facebook.

I ordered the windbreaker raincoat and was diligent about following their sizing. After waiting for over a month it finally arrived and was way too big. I started the return process that same day and it has been a journey of frustration. I was asked to take pictures of the product and the original package! There is a phone number but “all our representatives are helping other customers”. There is no live chat button on the website. E-mails are not answered. Looks like I am stuck with this raincoat. This company is not a branch of Nordstrom don’t be fooled. This was an expensive mistake on my part but lesson learned to do more research. Total scam.

Just read about this being a scam. Just canceled my order within 1 hour of ordering. Received a generated reply that they were on holiday and would get to me ASAP. We’ll see.

Waiting over a month for my package. Emily S the supposed customer service person is useless!!!! cut and paste replies to emails. No phone numbers!!!

As expected, they asked me to ship my return to Italy, from the US. I am getting emails from Emily from the Sibyl Store in regard to my Nord Store refund so don't order from the Sibyl Store either.

The worst online shopping experience in my life. SO bad. And after 5 weeks, to receive the item which is sized according to who-knows-WHAT, sent from Northern California (I live in Southern California), they’re telling me I have to mail it to Italy??
Why didn’t I check the reviews first??!! 😡

Do not order from these imposters! Not affiliated with Nordstrom’s. I should have known, if it looks too good to be true it probably is! Oversized rain windbreaker looks nothing like the photo! If you see something advertised on Facebook, be sure to look for a little blue check mark to the right of the company name-this means the company is legitimate and safe to by from!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I mistakenly thought I was ordering from a division of Nordstrom's so I ordered two sizes of the same "half price" hoodie, and figured I could return the one that did not fit directly to the store. After waiting a month for the package to arrive, I was disappointed with the cut and quality of the hoodies, which are really too small. Also, the cut makes them look like a bathrobe. I called the Nord Store office # and got a recording saying to use the chat on the Nord page. There is no chat button. I emailed customer service and got a message saying they are on holiday, back in 48 hours. Facebook message has gone unaswered so far. Based on the reviews of others, I doubt I will ever get a refund, and I think it's outrageous that I would have to send the items back to Italy hoping for a refund. Lesson learned...never order something advertised on Facebook.

I will echo other peoples reviews. They are a scam. Raincoat doesn’t look anything like the one in the picture. I had to send it back and that’s been a nightmare.
Finally after 4 days of pestering them, they said I could ship it to Italy and pay for the shipping and maybe, provided I’ve met all there random requirements, they will refund my money. Pretty sure they aren’t actually going to refund me, given all I’ve now read on this site. Total fraud. The CEO should be ashamed of the total lack of ethics her company demonstrates. And I plan to say as much on every Nord ad I see. Buyer beware!
