Buyer beware! You pay the postage on returns. A USA company with returns to Italy. It cost me £32 to make returns

The advertising on line is beguiling. The reality is the quality and sizing were very poor. I won't ever get involved again

Sizing is terribly off…garments had a bad smell. And to return the goods, I had to ship from Canada to Italy…no reply yet if they pay for the sipping.

Frauds.
Trousers were a good 2 sizes too small. They offered to send another pair without returning original purchase. Made me pay another £4.90 to cover delivery but then radio silence. It’s been 2 weeks and emails are bouncing back!

Ordered a pair apex cargo trousers said would be received within a week took over 3weeks to turn up and was not what was advertised or what I ordered. They don't reply to any emails the contact number is for a scam call centre do not order from them.

Like many have said, ordered and never received. Ordered a hat on August 17. Shipped from China. Apparently released from Customs in Vancouver on August 26. And there it sits. No replies to emails to the company despite promises of 24 hour response time.

Why did I not read the reviews? I w returned an item of poor quality and cut. I returned the items as per there instructions to an address in Italy. I used Royal Mail i at a cost of nearly £13.00 they email me to report they had not received the return this is now ongoing I received the items on 28/6 and returned them on 29/6 I have now contacted PayPal to hopefully help me resolve the issues if I could award no stars I would folk stay clear of this company as it looks to be a Mickey mouse company it's an absolute joke.

Why did I not read the reviews? I wanted to return an item of poor quality and cut. When I tried to do this, was given an address in Italy. I used Evri at a cost of nearly £9.00. The package was eventually returned to me as duties and taxes had not been paid locally. What a farce!

Received my items which were advertised as 100% cotton, and it was 100% manmade fibers. You might say but at least you got it, no good, I am severely allergic to all man made fibres. Send them an e-mail and it bounced.

The quality of the product is very poor. Customer service is miserable to deal with.

I bought what was described (in the TikTok ad) as a couple of quality cotton shirts from Nordstrom.
What I got (a month later) was 2 ultra-cheap shirts literally labelled '100% polyester'.
I bought through PayPal, but that didn't really help... the dispute process led to the only option of getting a 10% refund, or having to mail the item to an address in China, which I didn't do, as I suspected based on other cust experiences that it would just be an additional waste of money.
Complete scam.

Agree with all the other posters. This is a scam. Glad I read reviews before I wasted time trying to return a junky zip sweatshirt that feels like a car wash towel. Waited forever to get the product in the first instance and then took from Nov. 23 to December 4 to even get the ridiculous return instructions. Should be an option for no stars.

Misleading description of clothing. Ordered Cashmere and Wool items and received items made with felt like a cheap Halloween costume. The return address on the package was "Sarah" from a mall in Illinois. This is a fraudulent return address. We sent an email requesting a return and after back and forth sending photos and video (weird), "Marina offered a 20% refund. I asked for a contact phone number to speak with someone about a full refund. I have not heard back. A complaint has been filed with the FTC and the credit card company has initiated a chargeback and investigation.

All of these claims listed are valid as I am now experiencing the same thing. Please take this scam seriously. For those of you below, please note you can file a claim with the Federal Trade Commission(FTC) to put this so called "company" out of business.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM. SOMEHOW WHEN YOU GO TO NORDSTROM RACK THEIR SITE COMES UP IN ITS PLACE. I GOT MY COAT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WOOL AND INSTEAD ITS A CHEAP FLEMSY FELT UGLY PINK. THE RETURN ADDRESS IS A LEGIT US BUSINESS ADDRESS BUT WHEN I LOOKED IT UP AND CALLED THEY SAID IT WAS A SCAM AND THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN USING THEIR BUSINESS AS THEIR RETURN ADDRESS. SHE ASKED IF THE NAME SARAH WAS ON THE RETURN ADDRESS AND SURE ENOUGH IT WAS. NO RECOURSE.

Ordered shoes a month ago. Still no update. Ugh

I cannot rate it low enough. I spent almost $100 on a flimsy raincoat I returned as directed, as other customers have said. After returning it EXACTLY as directed, paying a LOT of money thru USPS, with receipts, it came back from Italy marked "refused" in Italian.... DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. VERY POOR QUALITY AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN THO PROMISING 'EASY RETURNS' YOU ARE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
POST Review: To be fair, I will not change my rating, but after making some lengthy and direct contacts, I wastold I would be refunded for the coat....

Have not received 3 blouses ordered actually on 5-12-24.
Told would ship 5-10 days. 2 blouses supposedly shipped 6-3. Can't track. Keep emailing company, they keep saying give 5-10 days. 1 blouses " awaitingshipment, can't get answer why waiting.
1 dress ordered same day 5-12-24 was received quickly but very cheaply made as expected. Sure blouses cheaply made also. Prices yes too good to be truly well made.
