Top notch on every level
Firstly, the end product is beautiful and so meaningful because of its uniqueness. I cried when I opened the box. Second, although there was a small mixup with the inscription on one of the pendants, the customer service was incredibly prompt, thorough, and helpful, making everything right and in time to give to my relatives at a memorial service. Love everything about this company and its product.

Everything went fine. I bought two items that shipped separately and I never noticed tracking for a second item. While I did receive it I was a little worried.
