Order never arrived even after more than 2 months. The seller stopped responding completely and ignored multiple emails. This appears highly unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly advise against ordering from this store. You will regret it!

Phone case is really nice. My order arrived just now after almost 2 months. After they told me that it got lost the first time and then they sent it to me a second time.

I like the phone case I ordered, the design is exactly like the photos, if not better. The shipping was fast too and the communication was super helpful when I needed to add an extra item to my order.

I placed my order weeks ago and waited patiently, fully understanding your estimated shipping times. Suddenly, the tracking page shows that my order has already been delivered, but there are no delivery details at all—no photo of the package, no confirmation email, nothing.

I contacted The Murbel two days ago through Instagram and by email, and I still haven’t received any reply. It is extremely frustrating to feel ignored as a customer.

What worries me the most is that, after this issue, I did deeper research and found multiple comments from people saying this brand is a scam. This is very concerning.

I urgently need a response.

First time I ordered from Murbel, I made a mistake with my ordered and I contacted with them and immediately they changed my order. The cases arrived in Greece within 7 days and I could track my order from the start! The cases are great material and beautiful patterns, overall great quality!! I have only good words for Murbel! Great experience, thank you so much!!! 💕

Received my cases
I would say they seem like very good quality and I finally found something that suits my personality

Phone cases were delivered super quickly (to Slovakia), the quality is amazing and they fit just perfectly

I ordered on 9 Nov, immediately after I realised I selected the wrong case model hence I quickly emailed in.

Murbel replied on 11 Nov stating that they will update the changes. From there on, no reply from them to confirm the update. On 12 Nov, I prompt for an update, still no response.

On 14 Nov, I messaged them on Instagram, Murbel replied saying will ship the updated phone case separately. I thought the issues have been resolved but on 14 Nov, Murbel sent an email saying the shipment have been shipped hence I emailed in and checked again.

& finally on 16 Nov I received a reply from Murbel saying that manufacturing say the order has been completed on 10 Nov. adjustment can no longer be made.

So are you saying that the reply from you on 11 Nov and Instagram saying that it can be changed is a lie?

It is very frustrating that after several prompt and all there is no accountable reply!!

Won’t recommend to order, the customer service have to be improved

Great products. Kept me informed that shipment might be a little slow (it was the week the new iPhone came out. Made sense.) My only complaint is that tracking was nonexistent once the package left the country of origin.

Ordered over a month ago. The only tracking or sign of the package I got was a link to a Lithuanian site that told me the order wasn't tracable or didnt excist. After emailing back and forth after waiting way longer that expected, they told me that I should contact my local post office to see if they knew where the package was, even though I had no information to give them and It really shouldn't be my responsibility. When I then asked for a return as I clearly didn't receive the product I paid for, they stoppede answering...
