Missing items, poor customer service, lack of efficiency

I ordered a phone case and matching AirPods case on the 22nd of December. It was dispatched on the 29th of December, which I thought was a great turnaround especially during Christmas. I didn't receive my order until the 9th of January and emailed right away to let them know that the AirPods case was missing. The customer service takes 2-3 days to respond to any email and I have not received any further update of my order being sent. I have checked the instagram and online reviews, I don't seem to be the online customer who has had missing items or delayed orders. I really want to receive my AirPods case but there is no urgency or efficiency from Murbels side. Wouldn't order from here ever again and do not recommend.

I got more than I ordered

Worst customer service

Chose to write my first ever review for this company. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. I would never recommend getting anything from here. They lost my package and only decided to tell me once I had send 3 emails over the course of 6 days wondering where it was. They told me with a terribly formatted generic email and when I made a complaint they just sent the same email again, they didn't even read my email. They offered a 30% discount in this email... the same one they sent on their mailing list a couple days later. The actual case is fine but I waited 3 weeks for it. If you care about your phone (or sanity) please do not buy here.

I ordered my cases and even though it…

I ordered my cases and even though it says they have been shipped I never received them, and I did not get any useful information when contacting them!

Updated: I finally received my cases, and received response emails after several attempts to contact them. Also was promised a partial refund, which I never received. They have now said they will check my refund is coming but once again, if I had not written this review they would not have contacted me.
I still do not recommend this brand which is my own opinion

Misleading return policy

I didn’t like the cases at all. As with any online purchase, I expected to have the right to return them - but apparently not. Murbel claims their products are “custom-made” (as stated in their refund policy), which is quite funny considering you’re simply ordering from a catalogue of standard products. The only “custom” part seems to be choosing your phone model - if that even counts as customization 😂
Very disappointing experience and misleading return policy.

Amazing

Amazing! Although the shipment took a while, the notice about the delays had been sent prior so I knew it would take longer than anticipated. But at the end, so so so WORTH IT. The quality - top notch. The colors - straight up from coloring book, vibrant and eye-catching. Protection - 10/10. Definitely purchasing again

Low quality and terrible customer service

Bought 4 cases and 2 ring holders. The phone cases are average. But both ring holders look as though they have been used and have not been made properly. And on top of that the hinges are so weak that they flop down as soon as I try to use them to prop my phone up. Emailed them ages ago with pictures and still have yet to receive a reply. You get what you pay for. Will never shop here again.

Poor quality and Bad customer service

The quality is awful. The cases feel cheap and not protective at all. They pop off extremely easy even when the fall is only waist high. For the price they should be 10 times the quality.
Customer support is also amazingly unhelpful and ignorantly rude.
Save your money! Rhinoshield is 1000 times for the same price!!!
