After trying to navigate myself on Medicare and selecting a supplement plan I realized I needed professional help. I spoke with Aaron Landers on three separate occasions regarding Medicare Supplements. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He did a great job educating me on the differences between Plan N and Plan G in our first discussion and laid out prices from different companies. Turning 65 this year. Janet from The Medicare Family was so very helpful with going over several plan options best suited for me. The agent I spoke with just operated on checklist and didn't seem to do much thinking. He found the cheapest plans but couldn't offer much of an explanation about why they were cheaper. I was the one asking questions to uncover different options. I expected to deal with an expert rather than someone who could only provide very basic information. When I shared the information I found, he barely looked at it.
