The insurance agent, Dulce her name, she was so professional and helpful. The whole time walked me through the whole coverage and help me get the best price out there. I’m very happy with the service She provided me through her agency.

Peter Heili was the agent that worked with me. I honestly have to say it was the most beneficial and productive meeting I have ever had dealing with any type of insurance. Good communication

So I agreed on a premium to secure an auto policy. Two days into the policy, I received an email stating " we need $155.00 because you did not disclose a violation", which I did. The underwriter, " BristolWest". They sold the policy without checking. So it's a bait and switch. Breathe Easy should make sure the info is transferred to the underwriter. The underwriter needs to check before they sell! I think they both need a 2-star. I need to add that Ashley, of Breathe Easy was kind and considerate of my plight. So I gave an additional star. Beware.
