There is a lot to know about the ever changing world of Medicare! Thankfully, Casey Sullivan at The Medicare Family was more than generous in sharing his knowledge and time. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the plan that best fits me.
Then, the Medicare Family team followed up with a phone call and email to see if I have any other questions. They made it clear they are available whenever questions arise. Not just customer service, but knowledgable customer service!

I had been looking for about a year now on Instagram into all the Medicare in's and outs for when I had planned to retire in 2027 and man this could not have been more confusing. So I settled with Medicare Mama since I liked what seemed to be her honest opinions on traditional Medicare vs. a Medicare Advantage plan. So long story short unfortunately I had a forced retirement and had to act quick. I called Medicare Mama and got a gentleman by the name of Aaron Landers and I have to say I'm so glad he got my call because he knows his stuff for sure and he was able to help guide me through this process with ease.
