Prompt delivery
My delivery came on time and promptly.The meat does have more flavour.
However, I would not recommend this source of meat if you are on a low histamine diet, as I have had some symptoms each time I have had some sadly. Hence the reason why I have only given 4 stars.

A rare treat - a goose
Although we may have eaten goose-meat once or twice in our lives, this was the first one that we have cooked in our own oven. At eighty quid, this had to be special. This review is measured on quality of product, packaging and delivery and has been given five stars for that. The five kilo bird just fitted on the oven tray, cooked well, tasted good and provided eight generous servings, so ten quid per person for a special occasion ain't that bad. And no fat was spilled.
