Kathleen Villanueva has been an absolute lifeline and provided truly exceptional service for our Niseko trip. She went above and beyond to ensure our family holiday was perfect, even when unforeseen circumstances arose.

Her responsiveness and prompt updates were remarkable, especially considering it was the peak holiday season with overwhelming customer inquiries. She even followed up and responded outside of standard office hours to keep our complicated booking moving forward.

When we faced a major inconvenience with the onsen closure, Kathleen quickly found and arranged an alternative, superior accommodation at Niseko at no extra cost, demonstrating her commitment to guest satisfaction. Her tireless work in coordinating all our last-minute changes—ski lessons, gear rentals, and lift passes—was deeply appreciated.

From the moment we arrived, your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were clear and it never felt like “service” in a transactional sense; it felt like true hospitality.

We especially appreciated how responsive you were whenever we needed anything. The way your team supported my dad with his wheelchair, including helping him safely and respectfully to the washroom when required, made a real difference to our family’s peace of mind. We are also very grateful for the additional care and consideration you showed my wife after she sprained her ankle; checking in on her, helping us with what we needed, and making sure she was comfortable.

Diane Garrol was our co-originator for our 18 days winter Niseko ski holidays and she did an exceptional job in looking after us and assisting in meeting our many needs and requests, sometimes even responding at 1.30 am in the morning!! She was knowledgeable, friendly , and very helpful and even provided a complete itemised program of our bookings eventhough we did not ask for it. We are very happy to return back to Maples and the staff service at Maples was also wonderful and especially Tash Sarmiento the Manager who responded positively to all our requests.
We are looking forward to a great time in the next 17 days.

Gizelle Rondero Was a delight to work with. She organised all our quotes in a timely manner even when we changed some items. We organised our whole trip to Niseko including transfers, ski equipment and lift passes for 7 people. Heading to Japan next week and looking forward to it.

Other facilities are just okay, the room is good, but overall linkage among resorts are weaker, separated.
