Appalling

Appalling service and attitude from their office. The job was cancelled well in advance of the appointment but the plumber was not told and turned up to complete the work for which i had to pay. I'd advise anyone not to use this company.

The plumber (Mr Battec) fixed a very awkward leak. He ensured that the job was well explained, clear about strategy, and labour costs were known prior. It’s never great to have to get a plumber in but I felt that he was skilled/competent, and he completed the job satisfactorily.

They said they were coming out to do a…

They said they were coming out to do a job but at the last minute they cancelled and took just under £200.00 out of my account without my authorization and didn’t do anything for the money, I am still waiting for my money to return to my account, don’t trust what they say,

The lovely Irish man who came to mend…

The lovely Irish man who came to mend my washing machine was a pleasure to have in the house. He worked quickly and efficiently, all the while entertaining me with his gentle, lilting accent. My machine is working well now. Thank you.
