I had ordered from the little health company but my the love of my life passed away before the product arrived. . It was, unfortunately, public holidays when I needed to order. Every effort was made to assist me and get it here ASAP. I was impressed with the phone calls I had received prior to purchasing. I am grateful for all the help. When my sweet girl passed, I gave the product unopened to a shelter. However, in saying that, if I am in a position to be in need again, I’d definitely buy again. So, my 5 star review is incomplete. But, I’m giving 5 stars due to the owners bending over backwards. It makes a difference when the boss calls. I needed to call a second time and got an unhelpful experience due to worker having no idea of what had already transpired.

Products are consistently 'half price' and advertised as 'on sale'; however always remain the same price (false advertising). When queried with the owner (Rob) I was told 'it depends whether I am right or left handed'. Rude, insulting and arrogant. quality of the products themselves is inconsistent. I have made multiple orders.
