Our Community Choir just finished their concert and our Community Theatre will be doing their production in a couple of weeks. I have been using Little Box Office for about four years and it has made selling tickets very easy. It is a great program. The staff has been great in getting back to me when I have had a problem. Our youth muscial theatre group has been working with the amazing team at The Little Box Office for around 8 years. The team has always been very reponsive to our needs and all requests have been dealt with very efficiently and amazingly promptly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and even the most mundane problem, when you have forgotten a process, is handled without any hint of condescension at the obvious lack of ability at this end! I really appreciate the personal touch that I feel I get each time I'm in contact with them. Our shows run so much more smoothly when we don't have to worry about our box office and we get nothing but praise from our patrons who use the site. I cannot recommend The Little Box Office highly enough - they really are just the ticket!

Only reason I have given 4 starts is that it would be great to be able to set up our own extra questions (relevant to individual events), without having to send in a support ticket each time - other than that it's perfect!

We have used little box office for many years. I did a lot of research around other providors who agreassivly pestered us to secure our business. They wanted me to sign up to a contract and pay a monthly fee. What attracted me to Little box office was the personal touch. I have never met in person but I feel I know them. They understand the needs of small theatre companies and have always been responsive to our requests. Producing reports is straitforward and billing fair and is after the event when the funds are in.
Cant remember a single glitch in the system
We are not looking elsewhere very happy thankyou!

OEP Live started working with LBO over 7 years ago. The box office system that has been built up over these years is second to none by the dedicated team. We use many different reserved seating plans, as well as unreserved seating and all need to be created from scratch and built onto the system. The attention to detail for building these plans is exemplary and completed efficiently and timely by the LBO team. Often plans need to be amended but nothing is too much trouble for LBO, they take on our requests and get the job done to a very high standard. The London Cello Society, a registered UK charity, has used the services of the Little Box Office for two years now and are very pleased and satisfied with their excellent service. They assist with setting up the site, and are particularly good at adapting to our idiosyncratic needs, such as events for young musicians where the level of enrolment detail is considerable but never seems to derail them. They come back to us with a perfectly designed and well-functioning system that is a delight to use, particularly as an administrative tool. For our main events, they easily adapt to either reserved or unreserved seating and when on very rare occasions, something goes amiss, their support service quickly puts it right. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have transformed our operations and saved us large sums of money as a result. We love them, and you will too!
