Little Box Office personnel were very supportive and patient during our climb up the learning curve and made the set up easy and flawless. Once set up, they were very responsive to changes and new queries. We are very happy with the quality of the system.

We really can’t thank Alain and his team enough for all the support they’ve given to help me re-build my business after it was lost due to the Covid-19 related lockdowns. The difficulties such a loss has caused our family is considerable, so to have someone on our side has been greatly appreciated and has made attempting to resurrect our escape game business possible. Changing our box office was a big deal and had certain challenges that The Little Box Office (in our case the awesome Alain) took in their stride and made it a smooth transition for us. Emma has been absolutely amazing throughout this journey. Was quite daunting at first for me but with her continued support and expertise, I was given confidence. This was very much appreciated and without her, or this wonderful company to assist with all ticketing issues, I'm sure we would have not had such the smooth experience we did. We run an annual classical music festival of up to ten events in July and August and have been with the LBO since 2017. We were beginners with online booking with endless questions. They couldn’t have been more helpful with setting up and it has gone smoothly every year. The system is integrated into our website and works well for us and our concert-goers, including priority booking requirements. Communication with the LBO is quick and responsive. From our experience it is a good system run by a good team and we would strongly recommend using them.

Having been asked to set up an on-line booking system for our village amateur dramatic society, I went into panic mode - I contacted the Little Box Office and things couldn't have been simpler, they told me exactly what to do and helped set up Stripe. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. The system is really easy to use and the help page is actually helpful, but if you can't find what you are looking for just email and you get a quick response. A very pleasant experience and have since set up another booking system for a village hall.

Signing up to LBO 5 years ago has been a game-changer for our school. Previously I only managed the Music events within school but with LBO I have now been able to take on 95% of school events. The team at The Little Box Office goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers and provide comprehensive, venue-specific customization. They are responsive, professional, and efficient, and always courteous. I also love their adaptability and how receptive they are to feedback. Reopening amidst Covid was incredibly difficult, so getting to work with a small company where you can still speak to a person made all the difference when having to convert our seating plans no less than half a dozen times to suit the ever-changing capacity guidelines of our county during 2021.
