The site and ordering process is really easy to use. I love the fact that delivery is By the post office which is more reliable than couriers. The yarns are all top quality and reasonably priced. All good to crochet with. Love this Company.

Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website, fabulous selection of quality yarn. Order arrived very quickly although box was not secured, tape had come unstuck. Will definitely continue ordering from here.

processing time
I placed the order on Thursday 18th June then had to wait until Monday 22nd for it to be processed by you before being sent out. I received the delivery on Wednesday 24th June. Your email was misleading, as I thought I would receive the order within 2-3 working days which is not the case. I think the processing time is very slow considering with another company I can place an order on a Saturday & it is delivered on the Monday. I also don't appreciate receiving further offers the following day after ordering some wool. This does not encourage me to be loyal to your brand.

I can see the order was placed at 7.30pm on Thursday 18th June, so this was despatched 19th June for delivery in 2-3 working days, so this would arrive by 24th June which is the 3rd working day from despatch.
We're sorry this was later than expected, but we're pleased it arrived in the delivery timescale.

Blanket kit
The blanket kit was very good value and the colours of the yarn were as expected. I have not started knitting yet but the yarn feels good quality and the accompanying pattern looks easy to understand. The delivery was longer than I expected and I contacted Knitting Network. They responded promptly, apologising and reassured me the yarn was on its way. Will use again

Order delivered very quickly
Order delivered very quickly. Good range of colours in the vegan wool I ordered. Was not sure if anywhere would do vegan wool but someone did! Have given 4 stars only because there was a very slight tint of red in the cream colour. It was only around an inch and it hardly shows

Great site, great products
Everything went well with the order. The patterns were dispatched and delivered by RM efficiently. Also found the website really easy to use. My mum is the knitter and she prefers double knit (DK?) patterns/wool... its a minefield for non knitters but the site made it easy! I would use them again.

Usually very good experience
Usually very good experience, but the last purchase the colour was completely wrong to the picture, on the king cole cottonsoft dk. They did refund me but I'd also bought 1 ball of emu cotton which was fine but because I'd payed delivery on my purchase, the lady did say they would refund delivery, but only got refund on the cottonsoft yarn, so made my 1 ball very expensive. A little disappointed this time.
