Broken item received and I have been…
Broken item received and I have been trying to get hold of them via phone, email, facebook. Today I received an email to say they do not work 24hrs!!!...what's that all about. Obviously there is something not quite right with this person because no-one customer focused would reply in working hours and not address the issue!!...buy from elsewhere stsy clear of this company. I will be ringing trading standards and the police.

A difficult experience
Only part of my order arrived. Contacted Home hut by e-mail to advise. Received a short sharp response from their support team telling me my order had been delivered. It took three more e-mails before they confirmed I would receive the balance.
I have used Homehut a number of times, love their products however my experience with their support team and the difficulty to contact by telephone has certainly made me think about future purchases. Just improve your customer service please
