Holiday island company is scam and they know how to missuse UAE law. Please Avoid this company and they also scammed me. How can we combined share our details so we can fight this company. Because they daily scam many people. We are alone nobody help us.

I had recently planned a trip with holiday island for turkey... everything was great... just bcoz they gave me an opportunity to customize own holiday...they freedom to choose my flight, my hotel, my local sightseeing...somehow some airline were expensive which was compair to cost of my package..which I can understand... but all together experience was amazing..

We have bought the Spain package our over all experience was awesome it's was a well arranged trip we Thank the team Holiday Island and looking forward for Turkey trip in this Summer trough your company Thank you Guys

Hi This is genuine company ,yesterday i came from umrah , i was also got disturb after seeing some fake reviews but i have checked all documents trade license and all then i have booked my umrah .So i will recommend Holiday island

I had good experience with holiday island for my Greece trip, as well as I used so many staycation but I saw some negative reviews here but I don’t think so it’s true

This is a scam company.
I had a bitter experience with them last October where i had received a similar phone call and whatsapp message saying that i have won a raffle draw worth 3 prizes similar to all the other victims in this page.

Me and my wife were actually planning on visiting Singapore for an exam purpose. So ive been in hunt for a good travel company.
They asked me to come to aloft hotel in dubai to collect my gift.. upon arrival a person took a our initial details and then escorted us to a hall were many others were being brainwashed to taking tour packages with this company.
The environment inside the hall was similar to the one mentioned below by one other victim in this thread where they played music in loud volume so that the other person would not hear the discussion happening in this table.
I happened to take 3 packages with them. But by god's grace i had paid only 1000 dhs as initial payment.
Now that the date is nearing for me to go to Singapore i had called them for the further proceedings and asked them to provide me with a provisional itinerary so that i have an informed decision before i make the final payment, they are asking me to make the whole payment and only then they would disclose with me the itinerary.
I have made up my mind to go legal with these scammers. In a safe place like dubai i pray that the officials take appropriate action against this scam company.

Having been called to collect the "gifts" they didn't have the ability to activate the same in 10 minutes.Their agents clearly mentioned it is a pre arranged gift which would be ready upon arrival. Contrary to this we had a unpleasant experience.

I recently received a call from Holiday Island Travels and Tours, where they claimed I had won a raffle draw, offering free gifts such as a dhow cruise and a 3-night international holiday. Upon visiting, the environment was overcrowded, and the music was excessively loud.

To my dismay, they coerced me into a 35-day holiday package, swiping my card for a substantial amount of aed 21,000. They assured me of a 12-month installment plan, but upon contacting my bank, I discovered an additional aed 3,600 in interest charges. Further investigation revealed a connection to a company with a different name, Kingsway Travel and Tours LLC, sharing identical staff.

I strongly advise against engaging with Holiday Island Travels and Tours or any associated entities. They appear to be engaging in deceptive practices and may pose a threat to unsuspecting individuals.
