Shipping was quick and the product came in great condition (not perfect but great). The packaging was perfectly done but the issue I have is because of Gemtek. There is a minor tear on the outside of the product which could have been caused during manufacturing. Other than that. I would buy from you guys again.

Several new updates have been attained directly from Manufacturer + Fabricant (see attached images). The additional issue that a ''FRAUD'' had been committed by the seller (The Hobby Hub) since this collectible in addition to ALL the aforementioned damages (see attached). It was proven by the direct contact to the aforementioned fabricant + manufacturer (Diamond Select Toys dba Gentle Giant Ltd.). The invoiced collectible was supposed to be ''BRAND NEW'' and the fact that it was an ''OPEN BOX or OPEN ITEM'' is definitely not the agreement by the purchased price of $199.99 (see attached).

Most likely the damage may have already even been done since it was mishandled by ''several hands'' from the seller (The Hobby Hub). The original price was marked as $225.00 then later after it was either damaged or deemed ''used'' it was marked down $199.99 (see attached image of price reduction) but absolutely never ever mentioned on description of sale (see attached detail from seller website).

Product shipped fast and as described. Came in packaged properly too.

Packaged very well. The condition of the product was a little less than what I expected. The item was a hard item to find, so I can't complain too much. On the other hand, I did pay a higher than retail price.
