I bought a SHANLING UA Mini USB DAC AMP. Overall, I'm happy with it; it plays well, but after a month, a problem arose. The 3.5mm jack input isn't connecting well, requiring a bit of twisting. I replaced the cable with a better one, but the problem persisted. Sometimes it plays well, and sometimes one channel disappears.

Fraud site, stay away. Here's a breakdown of what transpired, so that you learn from my experience -

- April 1, 2026: Order placed for Tripowin Amber cables and Tangzu Waner SG 2 earphones (with mic)
- April 17, 2026: I followed up as the order remained "waiting to be processed" after 18 days.
- April 18, 2026: Received a response notifying me of a manufacturer component shortage and stating that the order will be shipped by next week.
- April 20, 2026: I respond and asked for a specific dispatch date.
- April 24, 2026: Having received no commitment or shipping confirmation, I requested a full refund and cancellation of the order.

I am still waiting for formal confirmation that my refund has been processed to my original payment method.

Don't buy product from this site. After receiving the payment they do not respond.
It's been 2 week since I paid to them but no order confirmation from there side. Not replying on mails and whatsapp.

I bought a DAC SGD1 which has due the fabrication a non-functional knob. They sent me a brand new one immediately and I replace it and now everything is functioning great! They have impressive audiophile devices. The only problem for me as I saved one year money to buy this DAC (not because is expensive just because I am in a way poor) is they do not offer possibility to buy paying monthly fees as I would like to buy a SONCOZ amplifier from them....but I can not afford to pay all amount once... So they are one of the best in the world!

The hifi cat had what I needed and got it to me quick (fiio retro case for M 21 player ). They communicated immediately when a color choice occurred. (either wait a couple days for blue or take SILVER now) they immediately got the silver one out and it showed up quickly and in good shape. Now I’m rocking retro style! Good job, hifi cat!
