Don’t order with this company they take your money don’t deliver the goods and don’t reply to emails or answer phone so it’s a complete scan. Ended up having to contact my bank for refund

Looks like a scam company ordered over two weeks ago and still no sign of order. Don’t shop with these guys look else where. Can’t even reply to them or get an answer

First time ordering from this company
Placed it 2 weeks ago, sent 2 emails requesting when the product would be arriving.
Still no answer from this company.
Suppose I’ve lost my money now.
Definitely the last time I will be placing an order with this company.

Order never received assume they aren’t trading anymore will be asking my bank for help …

I absolutely LOVE the products but I’m a bit confused about the customer service lately! I ordered back in MAY and it’s almost AUGUST! After several follow-up emails both directly to the business and on social media platforms, I still haven’t received a reply, my products, or my money back! Highly disappointed! ☹️

Not received order, said it was in stock and then to say it’s royal mail delay is not correct
I’ll think twice before coming back or recommending

I ordered 30 pounds worth of Gym chef on the 2nd of March and az yet I've received nothing. I've tried to contact in many ways but no reply. Very disappointed after many years of purchasing

Ordered this product 2 weeks ago, it hasn’t arrived and Gymchef have ignored my emails

We placed an order on 20th October and as of today 18th November we still haven’t received a delivery. I’ve emailed to chase the the order and no response to that either.

I don’t know where my parcel is, when it’s gonna arrive and if it’s gonna arrive at all

Got the tower of power set which is a great assortment of seasonings that I'm using generally in the kitchen more than I expected to. Little sprinkle can go on anything! The chimichurri is 🌟 Quality product 👍

I placed this order on 10th June, is still don't have me product.. no communication from The Gym Chef either.. really disappointing. It's now the 18th June!
