I'm unsure how to react. GT has been a comforting presence in my life, a place to go when I'm feeling low. Upon receiving my monthly promotion, I was given a mere $5.00 in free play, which left me puzzled. Considering my significant spending at Gulstream this month, I would have expected more. I ordered some perfumes on April 2, 2025. The order never delivered, after several attempts to contact them, they replied on April 18 by cancelling my order and a promise to refund money. I haven't received the refund and no one is replying to my messages.

FAKE PERFUMES!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GULFSTREAM!!!! I ordered 5 perfumes paid cash, all the perfumes are totally fake!! Have them for proof if anyone can collect and shut this business down. They have not since then answered my calls, emails and absolutely no refunds as promised.
They are a scam, they will tell you they delivered the product but you will never get it. This is their tactic to get money from people. Please don’t do business with them
