Raj was very helpful

I have been dealing and purchasing items from YB for months and the service and assistance and customer support has always been nothing less than amazing. I really appreciate the quick response and knowledge of the items sold. I will be doing work and purchasing all my scents from you always. Thank you

This is definitely not the first and certainly won't be the last time I buy from YUSUF BHAI (yusufbhaifragrances.com).
Over time, I have purchased tens of scents from them, and every single one has been outstanding.
For this specific order, I want to give a huge thank you to Ms. Poovamma, who helped me complete my purchase online. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire process seamless. The customer service here matches the elite quality of their fragrances.
I had a fantastic online shopping experience and I am thrilled with my latest addition and can't wait for my next order!

Quality of the parfum I ordered online from YB was same as the one I used to buy from brand. I ordered 1 x 100ml for testing only. But I decided that I will buy from YB from now on. Not only for myself but for family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic service from
Poovamma! She was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. The service was excellent, and I'm really happy with the quality of the products. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Poovamma and Yusuf Bhai Fragrances to anyone looking for great fragrances and excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Poovamma!

Syeda you are amazing. You make my day. Thank you

Great service provided by staff named Syeda

I love the perfumes. I got it after seeing the reels . I got it for me and my family. Then showed it to my manager and my friend in office in KSA. Now we order almost every 2-3 months. I genuinely wish that YB has a branch in KSA and other GCC countries.

Amazing experience with Yusuf Bhai!
My order arrived even quicker than expected, and the products are honestly fantastic, great quality and packaging. Really happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend!

Thank you to Syeda for fast and efficient response. A smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Bought a few perfumes here and they were nice, so no complaint about the stock on the shelf. The problem is the thing this brand is actually built on. The whole pitch is that they can replicate any fragrance you bring in. I went three separate times to check on a duplicate I'd requested. Every time I was told they’d call me back. Nobody ever called. Three times, three promises, nothing.

What it looks like from the outside is that the replication service only really happens if the founder himself is in and willing to do it. Everyone else just takes your details and repeats the line. That’s not a service, that’s a hook to get people through the door. Either offer it properly or stop advertising it.

Payment website was broken. Called customer support and they were really helpful and responsive.
