Slow dispatch and poor communication
Slow dispatch and poor communication, ordered 3 items, 2 were sent and the third wasn’t, apparently it’s sent with another courier so having to wait over the weekend for something that should of been with me Thursday or Friday the latest, all they had to do was tell me this at point of ordering and I would of gone elsewhere.
Company could have paid for a Saturday delivery but chose not too.
