You can feel confident your cats will be well looked after here, they will get good care and attention, you get daily updates of their time here and how they’re doing including photos. They have a little outdoor balcony which is important to my outdoor cats who love being outdoors. Inside it’s warm and cosy with different things to climb on and sleep in.
Jenny is brilliant, we have tried other cat boarding services in the past but they don’t even come close. Our cat Daphne loves going on her holidays to the Great Catsby and we love seeing updates of what she’s been up to while we’re away. She always comes home so chilled and happy, and we know she’s been taken care of.
Jenny runs a wonderful cat hotel, it has everything and the limited number means all cats and kittens get extra attention and cuddles. A thorough booking system, online forms and hand over means even the most anxious owners like myself feel at ease. I totally trust Jenny with my kittens and they have enjoyed their recent stay. The rooms are perfect for cats and she really has thought of everything, they even got little treats and toys to come home with. A wonderful experience which I would highly recommend.
The greatcatsbyhotel is an excellent place for your pet cat while on holiday. We tried it for the first time and glad we did. The owner made my very nervous and stressed cat feel very welcome and safe.
The facilities for each cat are excellent, modern, clean, with lots for a cat too do. While your away you get photo updates and messages as to how your cat is doing. I can highly recommend the hotel.
This was the first visit for our two cats to The Great Catsby and I was concerned that they may have found staying in a newly location with strangers overly stressful. However, when I picked them their reaction was the same as usual. They had obviously been very well cared for and loved the presents of the toy mice so much. Thanks Jenny for taking such good care of our fluffy ones.
