I joined Onyx over 12 years ago. Initially they were very good whilst Nazia Yousaf and Assad were managing my accounts, but they moved on unfortunately. However, over the past few years, I did not need them, but on several occasions they sent me outstanding invoices for tax returns that have either been settled, or no tax returns were submitted. Its really frustrating as its time consuming to check and follow up. I'm wondering how they can make such so called 'errors' repeatedly! They did it again last week. Suffice to say they will not be getting my business again.

I personally felt other accountants I have previously had over complicated matters, didn’t really listen to me as they had their own agenda and they weren’t flexible.

I am probably quite a high need client as I am constantly asking questions, requesting more help and often changing the business which has a knock on impact to them but they never say it’s not possible or that I’m asking too much. If you spend enough time with the owner you will either be shouted at or talked over - actually reporting his conduct to the relevant authorities.. Very distressing experience, obviously this isn't my real name as they are difficult to get away from once you are working with them

Always helpful and respond to any queries in a very timely manner. Been with Onyx for a number of years since my restaurant days I had number of issues with my previous accountant before switching over to Onyx whom came by recommendation from a close family friend and was introduced to Paresh the director. Such a great firm. We've been a client of Onyx's for many years and I have always felt like a valued client.
