Bought 3 mothers day hampers and they are all fantastic, beautiful. 2 mothers have got their ones already via post and absolutely loved their hampers. The other one hasnt been given her’s yet.

Every item was disgusting. Sweets without sweetness, tasting like some vile 19th century medicine.
How something as awful as this can exist on the market is perplexing. The rave reviews are simply not believable.

Deluvery was challenging to deal with…
We found it challenging to deal with The Gourmet Pantry.
Delivery of both our hampers took longer than expected. And when one hamper was taken back to the depot twice. Another was delivered to our local Post Office. With no knowledge of what had happened! I found communication with The Head Office unhelpful. We have now found a better organisation.

After reviewing your orders, it appears your gifts were delivered within the estimates stated at checkout. We also encourage our customers to review all shipping details provided at time of checkout to ensure these are accurate.
As your mobile number and email address was provided on each order you should have received communication from Australia Post about both tracking and delivery of these items.
Jane, I'm really sorry that you're frustrated with the delivery process here, however Australia Post have followed the delivery procedures required by both of the delivery addresses and delivered/attempted delivery to the correct addresses. If there is an unsuitable location to leave the item, ie. if it's an apartment block, the driver will make the decision to take this for safe collection from the nearest post office.
