Having visited the site previously having been given excellent word of mouth advice...I have never ordered from Lee before. The world of Hot Toys etc was new to me, but with my sons birthday coming up and a wish list in hand, I reached out to Lee late one evening asking if there were any Supermen still in stock and simply waited till the next morning, but no he got back to me straight away, despite being nearly the early hours of the morning. A few friendly back and forths via email, warm and engaging, I was ordering from the site the next morning. Easy, hassle free, great follow up email at a fantastic non inflated price. The figure was in my house two days later. This is what customer service should be like. Will definitely be ordering from the site again.
