I bought a Garador Horizon Canopy door…

I bought a Garador Horizon Canopy door in 2011 from TheGarageDoorKing.co.uk.
The torsion cable had come loose and jammed the door, I rang TheGarageDoorKing who disowned responsibility and referred me to Garador. Gardor in turn disowned any responsibility, referring me back to TheGarageDoorKing.
Garador sales brochure deceptionally claim to provide, quote
"The door mechanism and steel frame
(if applicable) is covered by the 10 year
warranty period.". unquote,
TheGarageDoorKing claim they only sell doors and do not offer any after sales support including sorting out warranty periods
