Was kept up to date on dispatch times and my garage doors were delivered at the time I was told, the doors were heavy but the driver went above and beyond to put them where needed so that I could fit them the following day.
The doors are well made, fairly easy to fit if you follow the instructions, I’m very happy with my new garage doors.

Reason for 5 stars - easy to order online. I ordered a Hormann roller door T in a graphite grey. It was made in Germany and delivered within a month. I am a competent installer and installation was relatively easy. On commissioning, a fault was showing on the control panel and I asked them to review photos and video of the fault. This was dealt with in 20 mins. Fault was rectified. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

We purchased an electric roller garage door to fit on behalf of a client & needed quite a bit of technical support prior to placing the order. The team were very helpful, explaining details thoroughly where needed. The ordering process was excellent - speedy, streamlined and exactly as they said it would be from the start. The door has been fitted and is working excellently. Thanks for your superb help - we will be back.

I've not fitted the door as yet but the parts and motor all look to be high quality.
Delivery was quicker than the stated lead time. A special thanks to Laura and Keely who helped to coordinate onward carriage to Isle of Man by ensuring the consignment met the requirements of my carrier.

Very happy with the garage door I ordered, delivery wasn't as long as stated which was great and the door looks lovely. I needed to order some more weather seals as we unfortunately damaged them installing the door and Keeley got us sorted and some new ones sent from the supplier thank you :)

I was having problems finding the correct installation manual for a garage door. Sales Asst. Keeley was able to point me to the exact document within minutes of me sending the email. Great customer service!

Had an issue with the door motor, ended up saying it’s to do with another company not them, after several weeks of them not contacting me back I had to get an external company out to sort out a fault with it, after confronting them regarding this and saying I had to pay then they said they can’t do nothing I should of contacted them, even tho I sent them proof of trying to contact them for 2+ weeks, as I was waiting for this my customer was getting frustrated as they had a door that didn’t function due to a fault, they are quick to sell you the product and good at delivery however after sales is shocking they just give you other mum fees to call

Recently purchased a new door, good quality product, well presented. Sales team especially Carrol, made the purchase easy, and kept me updated with the orders progress. Delivery was smooth and within the given slot. Driver was both pleasant and helpful. Really easy to fit and looks great.
