Order never shipped

I have purchased from this company several times before throughout 2022. My experience during that year was great. They shipped quickly and I love all the pieces I have purchased and received. The quality of their clothing (if you actually receive your order) is outstanding for the price point. Their “easy does it tanks” are a wardrobe staple for me. However after May 2023 they seem to have stopped shipping orders and are unresponsive to any email correspondence. I also tried contacting them via Instagram, but they are unresponsive on there as well. I placed an order in May and received a shipping notification email that indicates a label was created, but it never made its way to USPS. I had to file a claim with my bank in order to receive a refund. Super disappointing since I truly liked their clothes and the brand, but they should really close the website if they are unable to fulfill orders.
