Undersized and bad return process

Ordered a Queen size and it was much smaller than advertised (adverts 60”, lays flat at 44” after some manual stretching). Dealing with returns has been slow and difficult.

Novem/ great customer support

Novem, the customer service agent has been phenomenal. I had much trepidation after placing my order then reading reviews. As most complaints were legitimate, I can honestly say the Company went above and beyond to rectify my issues. In summation I would have to say, things run small so keep it in mind. I always give credit where it’s due and this Company deserves huge credit. It was a rough go at first and I was certain I got scammed but after my attempts they did make things right.

Excellent produce and Outstanding customer support.

When we ordered our blanket on a buy 1 get 1 free promo we thought we had to put two blankets in our basket. Well, when we realized we bought three blankets, I tried to get the third one deleted from the order. Rose was the customer support person I dealt with and she was very understanding and positive throughout our whole ordeal. Several times she would reach out to us and give us a status and when there was nothing she could do to prevent the third blanket from being delivered, she said to get back in touch with her and she would help us with the return. Well, obviously when we received our blankets, not only did we not return the third blanket, we order more! The product is excellent and the customer service we received from Rose was outstanding. I wish I could meet her face to face, I definitely would take her out to lunch. Thank you for a very good experience.

Horrible company and stay away! Paying to return to Germany and didn't get full order

Paying to ship back to Germany!
Horrible company and please stay away if you want to not go through the pains that I have had to go through. This is truly a horrible company and they will make you ship items back to Germany on your dime. DON'T BUY products from them. They didn't even send me all the items that I paid for.

Damaged bag and wrong colors:
I received the items in a torn bag, I open to find 2 blankets that I ordered and both colors are not accurate to what is online. The beige is significantly lighter than what is online. The pink is not even close to what is online. Online is a smoke dark pink and what I received is almost a white pink/baby pink.

Wrong sizes and didn't even receive my whole order:
The sizes are not correct either, I order king sizes and they are a full size at best.

They don't say you can't wash them but basically that is what their packaging says. No tumble dry or it will shrink into a baby blanket I am sure.

I have found better blankets that are similar at home goods for a fraction of the cost. Quality of these blankets are horrible!

Ordered 2 king size muslin blankets

Ordered 2 king size muslin blankets & was quite excited about them arriving. A week later I got an email stating they arrived 4 hours earlier. They weren't here I'd been in & nothing was outside ,nothing in ring doorbell all morning. Emailed the fleece company 3 times with no reply . They are not coming are they . £80 I paid for nothing I'm so cross with myself for thinking everything was ok .

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT buy from this company. The product is not what is advertised, it is a thin one layer throw at most. I do not even believe it is gauze as advertised, it is nasty and NOT soft. Any positive interviews have to be fake or AI generated because this is junk. The cost to return the garbage from my state was 417.25. I am stuck with the junk. Scammed again!

Now will have to go thru Police Action…

Now will have to go thru Police Action Fraud & Credit Card fraud to get my money back. Blankets minute. Returns to Germany very costly. Was offered 80% refund to keep - but not honoured. Poncho order not even despatched after weeks. Now not wanted as this is clearly another Chinese scam. No replies now! You can get the same in UK on Amazon for fraction of cost.

Horrible company

Horrible company. If only I would have seen these trust pilot reviews BEFORE I ordered!!
Attempted to return. Got same scripted emails as all of you. Got UPS quote to return to Germany. $622.00 on a $172 purchase. Refused to give me a domestic address to return the product. Emails back & forth with no progress. Finally disputed with my credit card & got an immediate refund. I will attempt to share my experience on Google & any other platform I can find to save another person from getting totally taken advantage of by this horrific company.

NEVER AGAIN…

I absolutely would not order from this company again. First of all I was mislead into thinking these blankets were made and shipped from the US. Not so much. I recieved a tracking number and after 2 weeks it has not moved through the system (from China I must add) . Ive emailed the company twice with no response. I asked to kindly cancel my order since I can t get any tracking updates. Nothing. I think this company is a SCAM! Don't believe the hype on their website. Absolutely wasted of money!

Zero Regrets

Easy to order, great color selection. Delivered quickly and packaged well. My son (18) has been wrapped on the couch in one since they came. He plans to use it as his “comforter” when he moves into his dorm in the fall.

This blanket was exactly what I hoped…

This blanket was exactly what I hoped for, except the size. The mistake is mine; I assumed a double would be the same as a full sized blanket, instead of reading the measurements as part if the description. I emailed The Fleece Company and received an answer very quickly. Nina, the customer service rep, empathized with my mistake and gave me options to make sure I would be satisfied. Five stars to Nina and zero to me for not reading everything before purchasing!

Good quality material

I ordered 2 queen size muslin blankets and 2 pillowcases. The 2 blankets I received measured as twin size. While that was disappointing, the customer service rep, Sara, was very helpful in making sure I received a replacement and was satisfied. This error in shipping is the only reason I’m giving a rating of 4 stars. The material is soft and lightweight. Perfect for summer weather, and the color of the material correlates with the swatches on the website.

The product is much smaller

The product is much smaller than expected, but the quality is great. Don't expect the queen-size blanket to fit people. Shipping takes a bit long as well.

I,like quite a few others whose reviews…

I,like quite a few others whose reviews I have read, incorrectly ordered the wrong size. I asked if I could request an exchange for the larger size and was told no but I could return them for a refund. As they don't fit my beds I decided to do that , until the cost of returning was more than what I had paid in the first place as they had to returned to Germany.
