I signed up for fitness trainer Level 2 and PT level 3, and opted for the online training. I was pretty nervous starting the course, not sure how it would work.

My assigned trainer was (is) Danny (Daniel), we had out first call where i could ask loads of questions. He was always on hand to help when I need support and guided me through Level 2 which ai completed recently. Onwardst9 Level 3!!!

Great course, really informative. Ally is super knowledgable.

Allie is super knowledgeable and shared a lot of her wisdom with us during our stage 1 workshop. I now feel very comfortable pulling together my class plan for my exam in a couple of weeks.

Evan is such an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and brilliant at his job. I can't recommend him enough.

Jodie lead our First Aid course today, she explained everything very simply, answered any questions the group had and made the course very enjoyable. I would recommend taking up this course with the fitness group, it had very knowable instructors and was easy to follow.

Jodie was a brilliant first aid instructor. The course was really informative and she made all the information accessible! 100% would recommend!

The course was great, very useful content delivered in a way that was easy to understand and retain. Great mix of theory and practical. Jodie was lovely. Really enjoyed the training and feel more at ease now, knowing that I’m prepared for a situation where I’ll need to administer first aid.

I had a really positive experience with The Fitness Group. The Level 2 Gym Instructing course was well organised and gave me a great balance of theory and practical experience.

As of now my experience with this course has been great. I’m able to understand the lesson clearly, and I’m really happy with how the course is structured. I’m very grateful for Jonathan for helping and assisting me throughout the course.

I completed the Level 4 Nutrition qualifications with The Fitness Group and
the support from my tutor, Mark Fox, was the standout part. The feedback on
each assignment was detailed and specific — not generic comments, but clear
guidance on exactly where to add depth to meet the Level 4 standard. That made
the difference between guessing and knowing what was expected. Mark was also
easy to talk to and quick to clear things up when I wasn't sure. Would
recommend.

I was very slow in getting my qualification complete. I submitted my LAP but There was a bit if a delay with my Pre/Post Natal Assessment- I’m
Assuming summer holidays. I flagged this with support and this was chased up immediately. Due to other qualification deadlines they are fast tracking through the IV process so I can combine the quals as needed. Quick service and solution once contacted
