I really enjoyed my Level 3 Mat Pilates course with First Group. The whole journey has been a very positive and rewarding experience. I found the course extremely useful, informative, and well structured, and it has helped me build my knowledge and confidence in Pilates. A special thank you to my tutor, Allie, for her support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the course.

Jessy was great and answered all questions I had about my course I was currently enrolled on. She also made sure they had received my first pieces of work submission. Very good.

Recently had my L2 Practical assessment; the assessor Gary was great! Right from the start he put the group at ease explaining how the day would work and what we could expect. Gary gave really good constructive feedback and was very encouraging. I'm pleased to say I passed and have found the whole course process to date a really positive experience!

Completed the stage one of my pilates level 3 course, with great practical guidance from Lorena and was taught the professional aspects of teaching alongside the exercises and training.

Stage 2 reformer Pilates course with Evan was brilliant. On our assessment day he put us all at ease and was really professional with how he assessed us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at becoming a qualified instructor!

Had a call with careers advisor, Harry King, and just wanted to say that was absolutely amazing. Very informative and answered all the questions I had for the level 3 pro personal trainer package. (I even ended up buying it!)

I have just attended my first two training days in London and Lorena was very helpful and informative.

We learnt how to cue all of the exercises correctly and I found it very useful!

Would highly recommend completing your training through the Fitness Group, they have been very supportive throughout!

I am truly grateful for my experience with The Fitness Group in my journey to becoming a level 3 pilates instructor. I felt well equipped thanks to the support of my tutor Allie and the thorough resources provided as part of the programme. I am looking forward to returning to partake in my extension into level 4 teaching and beyond.

Jaz talked me through the structure of the course and made it all really clear. I had lots of questions and she answered them all very helpfully and in great detail, which was what I needed. I'd definitely recommend her as a great and friendly ambassador for the company!
