Two months later and I still haven't received a watch or refund.
Despite repeated reassurances from customer support, no progress has been made on sending me either the watch or refund.

a waste of time and money
bought two watches, both broke within warranty (24 months) and neither have been sorted. the first one I was given a return label and i shipped it, but they never got it. The second one they asked me to change the battery and let them know if it is still broken, which it was so i told them and they said my warranty is now expired so they cant do anything about it. Just buy any other watch. This brand is just terrible from every aspect.

To be honest I felt a bit insecure about the page at first, but bought and revived a beautiful watch for a reasonable price! I am very satisfied with the result and can truly recommend 5th watches.

Scam!
I bought a watch for my son. Everything looked very professional and trustworthy. They do a lot to make it seem real for example use false DHL logos and numbers. They took my money and I never received the watch.
