I ordered back in May. I never got my order and they stopped responding to emails.

I ordered and never got my stuff despite being told I will get a refund I never received anything, it’s been over a year. Worst service I’ve ever had

i never got my stuff i even have emails of it telling me it came and that was on may 31 I didn't find that email until aug 29 never knew it already came cause i would of already had it by then I look at the tracking on the website it says its still in new york

You will waste your time, average delivery time is 7 months even if they say 4 weeks.

They've also manage to sent me someone elses order 3 out of the 3 times I've ordered. Even the replacement they shipped was someone elses order.

Products are nothing like advertised. Either false molds, no polishing or finish applied at all just a silver mess or straight up missing main advertised features.

Also I've never received the correct size, this company is straight up a big joke

I bought two bails and the 1/1 evil eye bracelet, I haven’t gotten the bracelet yet. But saint terror is an amazing person to work with and he was super easy to talk to about buying the piece. The bails look amazing in person and I’m excited to put them on my pendants so I can put them on chains. I definitely need to buy more from saint terror I love all of his pieces so much.

So I bought the Halberd pendant, and it EXCEEDED expectations. It's so beautiful in person. Delicately carved, and very detailed. It also came with a chain, which I wasn't aware of, but was a pleasant surprise. I will 1000% be buying more pieces from you. 🦇

Ordered a pre-made kill yourself pendant. The info was then changed saying it was made to ordered. Pre-made jewelry should not take more than 3 weeks to get here and still waiting.

I have ordered from them in October 2021 grillz it took them mor than 4 month just to send me the molding kit, and when I sent back my molding kit I was informed that the product is unavailable. Se they have given me a voucher code to purchase another product even though I asked for a refund but they were not answering me when I would email them about getting a refund. Anyhow I proceed to use the voucher and order some other products that I liked. I placed the order in the beginning of June now its September a d I still have not received my order and I do not think im going to receive it... terrible experience, so unprofessional.

Both items (candelabra earrings and Angel blood Pearl choker) are stunning! Saint Terrors jewellery goes so hard, amazing quality and excellent displayable packaging. Will return again and again!

Had a mishap with the stock on a pendant but was super great at communicating and helped me with a replacement ASAP. Amazing service

Honestly wasn’t expecting this to come in so fast, but it did. Love the necklace and how it feels. Little small but it still looks very nice, would recommend!
