I need to return a jacket! Help, the end cult does not reply to emails

I’m very disappointed …
my order was a Christmas gift and it arrived on january.
Furthermore, I received only one of the two items I ordered.
Finally, the sweater that arrived is different from the image on the site. It's not as long as it needed to be, and it's made of very poor quality fabric.
I will never buy from this site again …

I ordered a vest 3 weeks ago as a Christmas gift for my mom. Just received it in January 4 2025. I ordered a 2x and it looks like a small kid kid wear it. I reached out to them three time and no one will respond. I would like to return it. Will not buy from them again and it is low quality

Absolutely thrilled with the hoodie I got from that gothic store everyone's buzzing about! The design is sick and it fits like a charm. Nothing like a good find to make your day!

I ordered a sweater for Christmas and it took almost three weeks to get it. I did not get it until after Christmas. The sweater doesn’t look like the picture. It’s a cheap version of the picture. They want to send me another size. I paid almost $70 for something that look like it cost $5. What a ripoff. I hate overseas companies! They are only in business for the money. Don’t buy NOTHING from this company!!

Ordered items together only one has turned up and is super poor quality. The other item hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund on first item and got told I would have to pay to send it back and because it's christmas it wouldn't get back to them in time. Lost out on the clothes and money. They did give me a discount code but really dont wanna lose out on more money for something I'm not going to wear or another item to get lost.

Order was “shipped” via express shipping 8 days ago… still no update/tracking info and I reached out to customer service but haven’t heard back. Hoping I didn’t get scammed… will update later!

There should be a below star review tor companies like this.I wanted to get something my daughter picked out for Christmas, she chose the purple baggy hoodie. When i received it, was nothing like how the item was represented in the photo, It showed a cute pink hoodie with sewn on purple patches. What i got was a horribly printed poly pullover. I have I did get it "sale price" so they won't return it. I suggest you dont purchase from this site... ever.

They are literally SCAMMERS! I bought a jacket that was nothing like the pictures. Once I asked them to return the item, because it was not what I ordered they told me I have to pay for the return which costs more than the jacket I bought.
I’m taking this to the level it needs and try to get what’s mine. If you guys had a similar problem please let me know what you did and maybe we can all get together and accomplish more and faster.

I have yet to be contacted about my order which I purchased close to three weeks and has not been delivered and my request for an update has been ignored. This is why Amazon is taking over the world. It’s showing as order received and it’s been three weeks

I gave it one star because it’s the only way I could write this. They don’t deserve it. I ordered a jacket for my daughter and when it came in, it looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture! It was cheap and again, looked nothing like it. I have emailed them too many times to count to no avail. Actually out of the many emails I have sent, I received one response just recently, that stated it would cost too much to ship it back so they would just give me 40% off my next item if I wanted to purchase something. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their lack of customer service.

I received your response but still you’ve made no attempt to refund my money. If you really are working on your customer service experience, you’d pay for me to ship back and refund my money.

Delivery is very slow to the UK from this company. It took just over 2 weeks for a dress to arrive. I read some poor reviews on quality. Honestly couldn't be more different from what I received, the dress looks exactly like the pictures, all the zips are functional and the quality is good. Maybe not worth the full price I did buy on a sale but over all very happy with this purchae

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

I bought an item as they looked really good. Hours after buying it I had i feeling i should look up reviews so came on to this site where people were saying the shop is a scam. So I went back to the end of cult website, its terms and conditions stated that you can cancel your item if it hasnt been shipped and you will get your money back. So I cancelled the item through many different ways but didnt get anything back. The next day I got a email saying its just been shipped, so I messaged them again tell them I cancelled it. About a week passed and I finally recieved an email saying that they shipped it before my cancellation (which is wrong) and claimed that their was nothing they can do as it has been shipped it cant be cancelled. I tried to explain and show emails time and date to prove that I cancelled before they shipped but they will not except it.
The product has arrived and it is as feared a cheap knock off that reeks of fish.. I've got back in touch and they still tell me that it's not their problem and if i dont want it i have to pay to ship it back.

Avoid buying from this business.

The quality is terrible, and the trousers I purchased did not fit. They are sorry to advise that shipping it back to them would apparently cost more than purchasing another item with a 40% discount! £43 wasted as the product is no use to me or anybody for that matter. I would certainly not throw some more money after bad.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Emails and pictures available as evidence to back up my review.

Poor quality products that don’t match the pictures, waste of time talking to their customer service. No return address to send it back to, though they have advised that it not cost effective to do so in any case. What a waste of money!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with The End Cult. I purchased a jacket for $79.90, expecting decent quality for the price. What I received was a poorly made, cheap product that looks like it cost less than $5 to produce. The material and stitching were subpar, and it was nothing like what was advertised.

When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was met with unhelpful responses and excuses. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and expected me to cover shipping costs back to China—a cost that would likely exceed the value of the jacket itself. After multiple attempts to escalate my concerns and request a refund, I received no meaningful resolution.

This company is clearly more focused on profits than customer satisfaction. I feel scammed and urge others to avoid purchasing from The End Cult. I’ve reported this to my bank as a fraudulent charge and plan to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.

They say to reply but I have emailed them weeks ago and over several times and no help or response, no number to call. I wish would attach photos if I could have the horrible jacket and the several emails I sent that have not been responded to
