Beware of this company, sent out dodgy vapes not once but twice, ask me to send back which I did at my own expense! said the would replace and give me freebie as compensation, next thing I know I have a email for a refund which I still have not received over a week later! Now completely ignoring me. Real Micky mouse company if you’re thinking of using them think again!

Just filed with the bank. Order confirmed and age verified Monday 17 July. Website states orders placed after 1pm are shipped next working day. Emailed Wednesday and Thursday, and spoke to ECig HQ (hunted down the number 0330 165 9977) Accounts office Friday. Monday 24 July, FINALLY receive a reply from Elijah, Online Manager. He claims security put my order on hold due to fabricated card issues. Replied that my account was debited immediately, and to fulfill my order or issue a refund in 24 hours. As of today 26 July Wednesday, it is 48 hours and still no reply nor shipping confirmation.

Order on a Monday, Paid for 1-3 working day delivery & my order wasn’t dispatched until the following Wednesday. I tried contacting them and no response and when I eventually got one they just lied about what had happened and didn’t actually dispatch what I originally ordered. I responded to them stating that I had evidence they were lying and I didn’t get a response or an apology. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered nic salts for the first time, paid for the 3-5 day delivery. Its been over a week and radio silence from their end. I sent emails and DMed their instagram because they dont have a contact number, to which I got a single reply that the item is out of stock and they're "sorry". That's it, didnt give me a time frame of when they'll send the stuff. And then went silent again. I'm trying to get a refund now but even then all I'm doing is waiting for them to reply. Crazy how they're doing business lol
