I ordered my liquid on 2nd July expected delivery 4th july. Emailed on emailed on 7th July to chase delivery when no rely. Not impressed with the service. And still no fluid and £ 20 out of pocket.

The vape didn't work
The very first vape I opened didn't work. Total waste of money. Not very impressed.
Postage is painful
As a regular buyer I'm sad to say I won't be using this company any longer due to the length of time it takes them to fulfil orders. I actually ordered 4 boxes of coils (£24) from VampireVapes and £50 worth of vape juice from TheEcig yesterday, the coils arrived this morning via Evri after receiving notification they were coming, amazing service from them, but as yet no confirmation my juices have even been dispatched.
This happened last time too, and a few times before that when we weren't overly desperate, but now we are as we are leaving to see family on Friday, chances are they will either likely come on Friday when we're gone or later.
As a business owner myself, I know what they are doing. Simply put, all "free" deliveries by Royal Mail are held back as long as it takes them to reach a certain number of orders, they then batch process the orders to Royal Mail and receive a hefty discount on their postage. Bad practice because what they have/are saving on postage, they are losing in repeat orders. Have a word with yourselves guys, if there is one thing people hate more than anything is waiting for their deliveries, that's why Amazon are so successful, change your ways or lose your business.
****UPDATE 13/09/23****
OK, so to be fair to these guys I have now received confirmation from Royal Mail that my order will be delivered tomorrow (14/09/23), can't say for sure whether that was a result of my review here but I would doubt it, I'm raising my star rating to 3 from a 1, purely because I have had issues before with dispatch being very slow so can't say fairer than that with the star rating. Still don't know if I will be using them again though, there are other companies that offer free delivery with no minimum spend, whether they're any better remains to be seen. Anything changes I'll update :)
