Total SCAM, I wish I had read the reviews first. Twilight Box Set ordered 23 April 2025, today is 26 May 2025 and still no show even though Vince has promissed that it was sent, no confirmation email to say it was sent. Off to the bank now to cancel the card and get a refund/reverse the transaction. Report being sent to Fair Trading for this SCAMMER.

Lesson learned: Always read the reviews...

I ordered a rare DVD on 22 February - it is 3 months later and I still don't have it. It was being sent from the UK to Australia. I never received any sort of shipping confirmation. Vince was helpful at first and apologised, and we assumed it was lost by the UK postal service. Instead of having him ship another copy to Australia, I gave him a UK address of a relative that I was going to be visiting. It never made it to her either. I've now sent 4 follow ups, requested a refund and he appears to have ghosted me. I see now that this was not an isolated incident and it seems to happen a lot!

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I have just received a refund after following up many times on my order placed on 10 March. It is now 7 May. Vince will string you along for weeks but not provide a consignment number after delivery has supposedly been sent. At least I have now received a refund & probably due to my review on Trustpilot.

Beware - item ordered in February 2025. DVD not arrived and no refund as at April 2025.

Dishonest Website. My elderly mother still believes Vincent will provide me with the refund as promised. A small joy she has left is watching old DVD’s from her youth. Imagine her excitement when she discovered a box set of her favourite – naturally I bought it for her as a gift. A gift that never arrived. Shame on you.

Complete scam and will just lie/gaslight you into thinking they've sent/resent the movie and then break off all contact with you when you ask for a refund

I ordered the Xena warrior princess ultimate box set which contains 36 discs in January 2025. Well they never turned up. Vincent told me had me covered until the item shows up and said he will send out a replacement. Well that replacement never shown up. He told me he will then ship the item out via Amazon as they have never let him down before. Well I hate to say it the item still not shown up here in Sydney Australia and we are now in April. My bank have now had to cancel my card and send out a new one. And Ive lost $89.99 as that's how much he was charging the box set for. If this whole site is a scam it needs to be shut down and the law needs to get involved !!!! I'm not happy at all

Your order will NEVER arrive - do not purchase anything from this scam website! My experience is the same as every other review here. My order never arrived and Vince assured me he would send a replacement, yet somehow the replacements also never came! I got the exact same copy and paste text as everyone else. Radio silence after I requested a refund - I had to go through my bank to get my money back. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Contact your bank and dispute the transaction ASAP, it's the only way you will get your money back!

My experience with Vincent and DVD Hut has been the same as other reviews. Promises made but never fulfilled. Doubt I will receive a refund either. This appears to be a criminal enterprise. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
My order placed 31/01/2025 and as at 21/03/2025 I have received nothing but promises.

We ordered a box set of a well-known British TV series from DVD Hut in early August 2024, but by Christmas nothing arrived although the money had been taken from our debit account. There ensued a series of email inquiries, starting in October with responses from,( yes you guessed it) "Vince", who more than once assured us that they were going to making enquiries with the Postal service and customs to find out what had happened to our order. This was after we had followed his advice to wait extra time to allow for the pre-christmas postal chaos to settle down.On two occasions, he said they were going to try and send another one and the assured us that we were covered by the company and if all else failed, we would have the option of a refund. We haven't had a reply from DVD Hut since sometime in January and now they appear to be refusing to respond to any emails we have sent. As funny as it may sound, we would still rather receive the item ordered than the money, because we were rather looking forward to seeing this series!

What went wrong? DVDs were ordered, money taken, nothing delivered. Refund asked for. None.

What could Vince do to improve? Quit scamming customers and stealing money.

Total scam. Takes money no product obsequious oleaginous replies to email enquiries but nothing. In the end the bank wore the cost but the scam artist keeps the cash. Don’t ever use this scam service

I'm glad I read these reviews before purchasing a box of DVD's. It was a bit suss as the price was 50% cheaper than anywhere else. Thanks for the heads up.

I have had the same experience. Do not buy from here. It will never turn up. Been 2 months. Says he has resent it. Still not arrived. Have lodged a transaction dispute with my bank.

Wish i had found these reviews before i ordered . Still waiting on order from early November. The infamous Vince claims to have sent a second and even a third to no avail . Am disputing through credit card bank . Buyer Beware .

Like others, products have not arrived and Vince suggested keep waiting, then offered a refund which hasn't been processed

I’m another who fell for this fraudulent website. My experience with ‘Vince’ is the same as all the others described here. I would urge anyone who purchases from this company and doesn’t receive the goods to dispute the transaction with their credit card company. Not only will you receive your money back, the retailer will incur a chargeback fee meaning that they will make a loss on the transaction. If the scam becomes unprofitable for them, it will cease to operate.

I’ll also be lodging a report with ACFA with hopes of getting the site shut down.

Scam! Contacted Vincent keep saying post out. Nothing Don’t use!!!

Ordered on 1.12.24. Order was confirmed by email. No sign of product and company does not respond to contact. As for others, should have read the reviews before placing order!
