I have shopped here many times, and always had a fantastic experience. The customer service is next level, shipping is really quick, and the prices are very fair. The best DVD shop in Australia!

I ordered and there was no verification. Later a note appeared saying my debut card could not be used. ZSo I ordered on a credit card and still no verification. I still do not know if my order is going through or if it was rejected. Pay system is terrible.

Physical Media Ownership is so much better! I own every disc and the picture and sound is far superior to the rubbish streaming services

Couldn’t find the DVDs that I have always wanted in store so thought I’d check the internet. Found the not sold in Australia dvds on the Dvdhub website, ordered, delivered under 2 weeks later. Have already watched both, awesome quality.

Good source of new Blu-rays and DVDs not sold in Australia. They even have rare steelbook editions already out of print from international stores. Items have always been quickly delivered and safely packaged.

Faulty DVD - all the scenes aren't in order and keeps skipping different scenes and out of order

Fast delivery and legitimate 4K blu-ray. Very reasonably priced, as I had to purchase The Great Escape, which wasn't available anywhere for the RRP.

A hard to get DVD title was available immediately. Quick delivery. No issues.

Was struggling to obtain a copy of the Tron Legacy 4K Remaster Steelcase from overseas at a reasonable price. And local options (I thought) were not possible.

DVD Hub had a listing, but was hard to trust out the gate because I had never used their service before.
I messaged them on FB and got a very prompt response, so as soon as I received the email notifying they had stock. I placed the order.

It arrived in exceptional condition due to the very generous protective packaging used and arrived extremely quickly - within a day.
They have earned a new customer, as well as this 5 Star review.

I found the DVD I was unable to locate elsewhere, and decided to order others to fill the order to qualify for free postage. The order was placed on the 7th October and arrived on the 13th, well packaged and all DVDs in new condition. I am exceptionally pleased with the service and the items received.
