The product was not explained to me…
The product was not explained to me before purchasing and I was not aware that I had to apply with heat, otherwise I would not have bought it. The size of the bottle in the ad was deceptive - it was only 50 ml. The seller should have drawn my attention to the video showing how the product was applied.
