Poor service
Ordered with them and was told to email them for tracking so I did. They then said they had lost my item and would send another. They sent a screenshot of the lost item shipping. However, this was not my item it was in someone else’s name and was from 2023. I emailed them again multiple times to get this sorted and they have ignored me. I am now in the process of reporting this a a scam through my bank. (If I could upload the pictures I would).

Update my item arrived today with a free gift for the poor service. Seems like it’s just the Uk version that has these issues. Would like to say thanks to lily for sorting this out. I will provide another update once I have tested the products.
