I’ve tried their products Jorjeia, and I must say they are amazing! As I’m struggling with cellulite, trying out these products was just the best decision! In the beginning of the application you might feel a burning sensation but it’s gone after few minutes.
If you are struggling with cellulite also, you should try them out!

10 days to arrive
Order placed last weekend, now Friday and no confirmation of dispatch. Says on website delivery 1-3 business days. Emails and messages on social media not responded to (despite saying available 24:7). Order email asks that you are responsible for your order and contact them, then they don’t respond. Posting a negative review here seems to be the only way to get a response so trying this as a last resort!
Update: provided info requested below, will update this review further once I get a response.
Update 2: Day 8 after order placed, I have now received an apology and tracking info. Once delivered I will do final update. TCS need to just manage customer expectations by giving realistic timeframes that they can manage to fulfil.
Final update: Goods have arrived, total of 10 days from order to delivery. If they had told me this at point of order I’d have been happy!

So I'm still waiting for parcel and tracking information hasn't changed or updated in anyway , says delivery is taking longer and has been like this since August 23rd, something odd about this all. Have contacted them several times and seem to be getting no where again . Extremely disappointed in this all , will be trying to get money back .

My order (no. 240808121115) included a discount code however they charged me the full amount. No response to emails when I've tried to contact them regarding this. When I tracked my order it never changed from 'order processing' and then it showed as 'cancelled'. I'm still waiting for a refund and still haven't had a response to emails or messages on both Facebook & Instagram . Customer service is shocking, you can't contact anyone. The phone number doesn't even ring out when you try to call. Dreadful company, would definitely not recommend them.
Update:
So within a few hours of me leaving this review they have emailed me, strange as they didn't reply to any other emails/messages I'd sent! My order is still showing as cancelled so I've asked for a full refund, now they're telling me it's been dispatched. Even though I've asked several times for a refund! They haven't even offered to refund for the over charged amount!! And they aren't replying to my responses! The company is a joke!

My mum ordered me some for my birthday. No confirmation email. Paid via PayPal. Needless to say here we are a month later and it hasn't arrived and no confirmation. She's emailed several times and no one is replying.
